Marriage Preparation Retreats
for Couples Preparing for the Sacrament of Marriage
Various in-person marriage preparation retreats are available to couples who are preparing to be married in the Catholic Church. These retreats fulfill the requirement of the Archdiocese that all couples preparing to be married in the Church take an approved marriage preparation course.

These weekend-long retreats are all held at the Marriages for Mary retreat house in Metcalfe, Ontario, just outside of Ottawa (address and map are in the footer of this website).

Dinner and a Chat
February 12, 2025 at 6 pm
Part of the mission of Marriages for Mary is to offer ongoing formation for married couples in a natural home environment.
​
In this spirit, we are happy to be hosting a Dinner and a Chat at our retreat house (8141 Victoria Street in Metcalfe) on Wednesday, February 12 at 6:00 pm.
Fr. Hezuk Shroff of the Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall will give a talk on the subject of:

"The Holy Family of Nazareth:
A Model for Family Life Today."
