Welcome to our Apostolate!
Marriages for Mary is an apostolate founded by Gerard & Rita McCarthy. We are based in Ottawa, Canada. This apostolate provides ongoing support and guidance to assist couples in living out their vocation to marriage. We also help them to embrace fully the graces provided through the Sacrament of Marriage in the Catholic Church.
We provide Marriage Preparation for couples who are preparing to receive the Sacrament of Marriage in the Catholic Church. We also host retreats for married couples. Our apostolate also includes outreach and assistance to couples who are going through marital difficulties. And finally, we provide ongoing formation to married couples and to widows and widowers.
